BEST BOOK!

this book was the best!! it shows the show in detail that a tv show cant always do on tv. MUST READ!!

My review

I enjoyed reading this book. It was very differnt than the show, though the only thing similar was the face off of the boys. My fave character is Peyton and I enjoy watching CMM play basketball. I was glad that I bought this book and enjoyed it very much. I cannot wait until 'Season 1: OTH' comes out on dvd. I hope my review was helplful to you.

Really good adaptation!

I liked this book because it had a lot of stuff that is not on the show but, at the same time, it was true to the way the characters are. The journals of all the characters are a good way to get inside their thoughts. I really enjoyed it especially because OTH is on such a long hiatus! It helped the time go by till the next episode in January.

Love the show...love the book

As a 24 year old I was a little skeptic about reading a book that is based on a show geared towards teens. I love the show, however, so I needed no other reasons to pick up the book. The book was great. The first season of the show was mostly from the view points of Nathan and Lucas Scott. The book, however, gave us more insight into other characters such as Haley James, the geeky girl that Nathan Scott falls for, unintentionally. Although some would say the book is written for teenagers; I would disagree. I thoroughly enjoyed the character development, and am extremely excited about the second installment, which I hear is from the viewpoint of Brooke, the misunderstood princess of the bunch. I would recommend this read to just about anyone, and if you're not watching the show...start!
