I been looking forward to reading this book and this series of Sisters OF THE SILVER DOLLAR :One Daddy Too Many . And I enjoyed the story the characters are telling me about relationships and friendships.

Little Mara wants her real daddy!

This is the 2nd of the Sisters of the Silver Dollar series. Kate and her 3 sisters have Romani, Gypsy, dances they have done since childhood as they are Romani even though they live in Las Vegas! Their deceased father called them the Sisters of the Silver Dollar as he always gave them silver dollars after they entertained him with the dances. Kate's mother Yetta has a prophecy for Kate--"You can't escape your destiny or avoid the past...when the two intersect" Kate's life is in a shambles right now. Her ex-husband, a Romani too, is being paroled after only 2 years of his 6 year sentence for embezzlement and he wants joint custody of almost 5 y.o. Mara, their daughter and he'd like to get married again. Kate hires a lawyer, Rob Brighten, who's mother is Kate's right hand at her restaurant Romantique. Rob's 4 years younger than Kate, as well as never been married or had children but Kate does feel an attraction to him. Mara is fighting for her father, Ian, as all children do. She wants her mommy, daddy and her to be a family again. She doesn't want to like Rob and she tries everything she can think of, she's pretty sharp too, to push him back. This is Kate & Rob's love story and it's a great one too and of course we do fall in love with Mara too, she's a cute, little girl. There are 3 more books in this series 1st is 11/05 Signature Select BETTING ON GRACE, 3rd 8/06 #1126 BRINGING BABY HOME and 4th 11/06 #1139 THE QUIET CHILD It's a very entertaining series
