Typical Bill Myers Greatness

I have been a fan of Bill Myers for a long time. On the Run is the first book of his newest series. Three siblings, Zach, Piper and their younger brother Elijah are just going about their day - walking to school - when a puppy gets hit by a car. Elijah holds the puppy and brings it back to life. What?! Plus, there's some organization called, The Organization led by The Shadow Man who is out to kidnap Elijah. The chase is on, from their home, to their aunts, to a hospital where Elijah brings a girl out of a coma. It seems like this could be an allegory but it's still too soon to tell. These books are nice and short - you can read one in less than an hour. Bill Myers is amazing.

Great Book!

This here was a great book. I read it online off a website and it was amazing. I couldn't wait until I could get the number 2 book. It's very interesting how a six-year-old could make miracles. And then how Zach and Piper had to run away from the other people in a green van. (I think it was green). And how Cody and William helped them out. I loved the book.

A Good Christian Adventure for Kids!

Bill Myers and James Riordan deal with the supernatural for a teen audience in the latest in The Elijah Project series, "On The Run". This tale follows siblings Zach and Piper in a supernatural battle to rescue their little brother, Elijah, from the powers of darkness. While evil forces try to take advantage of 6-year old Elijah's "gifts", Zach and Piper take it upon themselves to save their brother from impending doom! This is a fast-paced adventure written just for kids! I adore Bill Myers' adult fiction, and was nearly equally enthralled with this Zonderkids title. Not only will this novel appeal to budding mystery and suspense readers, but it exposes young minds to Biblical truth and in this case, spiritual warfare. I highly recommend this book.
