In the midst of life, when everything seemed planned out, a madness took control of me and destroyed the life I knew. With the responsibility of four children weighing heavily on me, I fell to a nervous breakdown, which took me to a destructive phase of my life - I was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, which after diagnosis, I realised I had lived all of my adult life. My book is merely a method I have used to externalise my feelings. When I find the words, it does help me as a form of catharsis. I hope you will enjoy it as much I have enjoyed expressing.
