A Dinosaur Favorite that We Read Again and Again

I purchased this book for my daughter when she was only one, and we both quickly learned to love it. Then, when my son came along, this book became one of his favorites as well! The wonderful rhymes and adorable pictures make this book a true blessing for the parent who has to read it over, and over, and over... :-)I was especially impressed by the small bit of musical score that is part of the rhyme "Dinosaurs singing a dinosaur song." Whenever we get to that page, my children love to sing the little tune that is written there!Sandra Boynton is a wonderful children's writer, and this is a great example of her work. I highly recommend this book!

A Winner with Both Children!

It was my daughter's favorite and now my son's. We read it with funny cartoon-like voices and they ask for it over and over again. Boynton is wonderful; her books make terrific birthday gifts for young ones.

My toddler absolutely loves this book!

My 19 month old daughter loves Boynton books, this one inparticular. I purchased Barnyard Dance, Oh My Oh My Oh Dinosaurs, andOne, Two, Three for her birthday and I have been very pleased with the quality and adorability of these books. My daughter has begun to memorize certain portions of the book, such as hot and cold, and applies it to everyday things. This is a wonderful book to teach opposites and the rhymes are fun and easy to memorize. I would certainly recommend this and the other Boynton books.

One of my toddler's favorites!

I have read to my 24-month-old almost every night of his life, and now that he is old enough to understand, "Go get some books for Mommy to read," he almost always picks this one with his choices. He calls it "Dinos" and really follows along with the reading. The colors are bright, the opposites and rhymes are age-appropriate, and the book is just great for young readers and pre-readers. We got this as a gift from a child who we gave "Barnyard Dance", another great Boynton book, and we plan on buying the rest of the Boynton board books to add to our collection.

Absolutely adorable!

This is our most recent Boynton Board Book and we are pleased once again. The dinosaurs are adorable with surprisingly expressive eyes. The rhymes are clever too. We read to our 5 month old each night before bed and this is yet another Boynton board book that is ideal. Her books are just the right length for short attention spans and the bright illustrations captivate our little one. Thank goodness for Sandra Boynton!!
