The year was 1963 and on a foggy, rainy morning, Earl and his partner were on Dixie Highway speeding to robbery call. Two Ft Knox soldiers, from the Army Base just south of Louisville, would not see the speeding police car because of the poor visibility that early morning. Many lives were about to change......
