Good Reference Book

I own a Mac but my work uses Windows and so I bought this book to help me with the recent changes MS made to Office. The book has been very helpful when I am trying to accomplish certain tasks. I just look it up in the index, and viola! there is the answer. Also, the tips help making shortcuts all that easier.

You'll Never See a Legitimate Negative Comment on MM's...

Like most of the reviews of this title and the Missing Manual series, you won't see any legitimate negative comments about the MM series. Pogue, as creator, and Grover, MacDonald and Vander Veer do a great job with this title. Why not get the most of the hundreds you spend for the program and consider this title? All-In-One Office Reference

'Office 2007: The Missing Manual' by Chris Grover is an absolute gem of a book. With 850+ pages of material covering Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and so much more, this is the definitive reference item for all heavy Office users that want to ramp up as quickly and efficiently as possible. Broken up over 34 chapters, this book logically separates the different applications and uses of the Office program suite. Focusing heavily on not just the use of the apps but the difference with the "ribbon" changes of the 2007 versions, this is another grand slam by the 'Missing Manual' line of books. The only person that I really couldn't recommend this for is if you are a user of a particular application in the Office suite. For you I would recommend on picking up one of the particular books that delve more into detail than this book does. Awesome books, incredible job by one of the best book lines out there today. ***** HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
