Nurse's Fast Facts

I have used this book frequently as a new nurse working in a hospital. There is a lot of pertinent info including IV mixture incompatibilities, info on administration of blood, basic guidelines for TPN administration, NG tube insertion, catheter irrigation, trach suctioning and so on, this is a great reference for med-surg.
