This is the best book of Basic Nunchuku & Sai techniques and Kata that was ever printed. It is a rare collectors item and should be in the library of every serious Kobudoka.

One of the best nunchaku books I read

It has complete nunchaku kata, basic and advanced swings , and self-defence techniques. Some techniques are rather out of date but most of them and more than usable.If you are beginner and advanced chacku practitioner buy this book!
