A must for those who are sincerely interested in the Self

I have known the guy personally and have had first hand experience of what he really wanted to convey to people. I have read this book many times and have found new stuff to think about and digest each time. The book is full of plain information on what the author calls "now consciousness". It is about living in the present moment. If you're into mystical rituals, acrobatics and such this book is not for you. It looks to simple to be true, yet it is profound.
