Francis Ray is a true story teller in this novel. When it first starts out, you are so certian that this women would leave her husband. I dont care if he was sick, because your happiness should be your first priority. But when I saw that this story was original and worth reading, I couldnt put it down. The ending is just as you would want it, but everything leading to the end is a pure mystery. Get your copy today. I am sure you will be very pleased and guessing the whole time.

Sweet Love

I truly enjoyed reading Not Even If You Begged. It's one of those books you can't put down until you have read the last page. It kept you on your toes because you kept wondering about the ups and downs of Ryan and Traci and Maureen and Simon. It was worth the read.

Love The Second Time Around

Francis Ray has written more than twenty novels in the romance genre and has been one of the top romance authors for most of her career. In her latest release; Not Even If You Begged, readers are treated to an erotic tale of love between two opposites who find themselves attracted despite themselves. Young widow Traci Evans is a woman who is full of pain having discovered that her late husband died while cheating on her with another woman. When she is befriended by a group of older widows, The Invincible Sisterhood she welcomes the friendship and the love but feels like a fish out of water in the group of women who have sweet memories to share of loving and committed husbands. Her husband's betrayal has made her a bitter woman and nothing seems to help Traci find her way out of her misery. Although romance novels are not this reviewer's genre of choice; I have been known to enjoy a good love story every now and then. Not Even If You Begged is one of those times. Francis Ray has written a story that showcases her talents very well. It's a smooth read. The characters find their way into your heart and there they stay. Although the main characters are Traci and her next door neighbor and friend Maureen; the women of The Invincible Sisterhood have you chuckling at their antics, agreeing with their views on men, love and life and enjoying the way them empower and encourage one another. These women are sassy and classy and they don't intend to allow Traci to wallow in her misery. The men in this novel, Maureen's handsome son, Ryan who is taken by Traci, and Simon, a younger man who has his sights set on the older Maureen are more than just eye candy. The author has done a marvelous job of crafting these men in a positive light. Ray's love scenes, though tasteful, sizzle with every caress, every kiss and every explosive encounter. This was my kind of romance novel Will Traci, Maureen and the widows in the sisterhood find love the second time around? Read Not Even If You Begged to find out. I loved Not Even if You Begged, it was uplifting, truthful in all accounts. And a darn good read, as with all of Mrs. Ray books, I could not put it down until I was finish, thank you Mrs. Ray for using your gift of writting to bless us and please don't stop keep them coming. Sincerely, Lynn

Traci Evans, also widowed, discovered her husband's infidelities at his death and has been embittered ever since. When Traci meets her neighbor Maureen's son, her first instinct is to avoid him, because after all, men are basically no good and she will never allow herself to be in a vulnerable position again. Besides, he is too good looking to be interested in her full-figured frame. But, Ryan Gilmore has other thoughts. He is determined to get next to Traci, because he likes what he sees. Will he be able to get past the trust and image issues she has? Maureen lost her husband four years ago and she misses the intimacy of a relationship. When she meets Simon, she immediately assumes he is someone to introduce to Traci. Little does she know, her son is staking out that territory for himself and Simon only has eyes for her. Maureen is flattered, but Simon is more than ten years younger than she and also, her son's fraternity brother. What will people think? It will take everything the Invincibles have to convince her to go for it, but will she be able to get past her insecurities? Ray always manages to take everyday issues and people and turn them into warm, tender messages of love and hope. At the heart of this multi-layered novel is a touching story of triumphs over personal issues and sufferings that evolve into a beautiful story of second chances and love. Her heroine is a smart, sassy, in-your-face, full-figured woman who'll make all big girls proud. As always, Ray's writing is on point, moving and electrifying.
