Exceptional cookbook

The revewiers are correct: this is an exceptional cookbook, with great photography and superb recipes that are, for the most part, easy to make. However, this cookbook can be found at Nordstorm in store Bistro restaurants brand new for 24.95! Check there. I don't have a clue why anyone would want to charge 250.00 for this book.

Superb

As you might expect, this hard-to-find Nordstrom's cookbook is a quality piece of work: well-designed, rock solid, beautiful illustrations. What I've come to love about it is how much "bang" I get from these not-insanely-complicated recipes. 1 page recipes with roughly 6 to 12 ingredients that yield marvelous, delicious, dishes with complex tastes and textures. Makes me happy.

This is a great cookbook, many good comments on the recipes that I have used.

One of my top 10 go-to cookbooks!

This is, hands-down, one of my favorite cookbooks. A lot of the recipes are truly from the Nordstrom Cafe. A few of my go-to recipes are; Summer Tomato and Basil Soup, Grilled Chicken Chardonnay, Grilled Butterflied Leg of Lamb, Grand Marnier Roasted Chicken, Summer Corn Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette and Plum Tomatoes. There are only 2 or 3 recipes in this book I would not consider cooking. This book would make a wonderful addition to any cooks library.
