There are many reasons to believe that migration of skilled individuals makes it difficult to the countries of origin and to the communities, because they cannot retain their "best brightest minds" and maintain a high intellectual standard as result of migration. It is worth noting that if the majority of intellectuals migrate, it is going to be difficult for the young and upcoming professionals who want to follow the same career to get the best training and work experience and still remain in home countries that desperately need these skills to advance their economy.
