The No Choice Diet was great for me and appealed to my need for structure. Following the day to day routine- with both diet and exercise- really did result in a loss of 10 pounds the month I followed it ! The recipes, with the exception of the breakfasts, were varied and tasty. It was quite helpful to have a weekly shopping list posted at the beginning of each section. Exercises were realistic and the little pamperings suggested really did help me feel like I was giving myself a little spa-like treatment. Would recommend highly if you've got a strong compulsive side. If you're more spontaneous and don't like routine or regimens, this one is not for you.
