Harry the rabbit is adamant about not eating carrots until he goes to Aunt Prue's house for dinner. This description may be from another edition of this product.
This was a great fun loving story about how children percieve things they have never tried. My grandson loves this book,we've read it over and over. Since reading this story he is more interested in trying new things. It was also a wonderful teaching tool for "following through with what you "say" your going to do". I think its a must read for everyone.
A story you won't mind reading over and over

I highly recommend this cute story for kids ages 3-6. I bought it for a dime at a used book sale and my 6 year old loves it! It has a nice age-appropriate lesson, also, about trying something before you decide whether or not you like it.
No Carrots For Harry is synonymous with quality

I really like this book. My little sisters have it, and it is by far their favorite. And there's a valuable lesson to be learned: Carrots are tasty!! I think Harry is a stong male role model for any young man to follow, and I'd go so far as to say that this book should be required text for all elementary school children to enjoy.
