Inaccurate condition listed

This was supposed to be a “like new” copy. Instead, it’s got warped places on the front cover, frayed corners on the cover, stains and damage to the pages visible from holding the book up. STOP using the cheap bags for mailing. Especially if the book is “like new”. It’s not “like new” by the time the book arrives. I’ve waited a year for this book. Total disappointment.
