With a target on her back, Malone and Ian work together to clear her name. Oh, my goodness! Susan has done it again! She’s written another stay-up-way-too-late suspense novel. Her characters have so much humanity that you can instantly relate to them and their struggles. I honestly can’t wait for her books to be written! We met Malone in previous Nighthawk stories and fell in love with her. Now we get to see what has made her such a great attorney and advocate for women and children. Ian is the tough, sweet guy who breaks through her defenses and changes her world! Can they solve the case before Malone becomes the next victim? You’ll be on the edge of your seat from the first sentence all the way to the surprising twist at the end! I received this e-book from the author for my honest review.
