Wonderful book. Actual illustrations are great! The actual story/illustrations rate at least 5

Certainly not in "Acceptable" condition. Page and cover corners dog-eared, dirty and bent. Back cover creased in two. Spine compromised so that pages and cover loose and ready to come apart due to cracked glue and binding thread s broken, loose. Bottom of spine and cover torn and split.Over all dirty.
