We finally get to meet Temple!

Although, I think the first book in this series was the best, I do not regret any. In the first we heard mention of Temple. The fearsome leader that secluded himself with the famous Grail to protect it. Only for Temple to be captured, but not before he melted, separated, and sent the Grail pieces to all his "Brothers." In this final book in the series, Temple escapes his jailers and awaits the reunion with his brothers. I thought Smith did a wonderful job of wrapping up all the loose ends and developing Temple and Vivian's relationship. Although, the other books could stand alone, I think this one would be better understood and appreciated if the reader completed the previous books first.

Temple, the de facto head of the vampire Brotherhood, has been captured and imprisoned. The only person capable of being near him is Vivian, a woman of uncommon strength and speed. When Temple escapes, his prisoner, Villiers, sends Vivian after him, telling her to do whatever it takes to get him back. Vivian can't help her attraction to Temple and going after him doesn't take much convincing. But Villiers is the one who rescued her as a teen, and she wants to make him happy. The attraction between Vivian and Temple causes both of them to rethink their goals. As the war between the Brotherhood and Villier's Order of the Silver Palm begins to heat up, everyone will have to choose a side - to the death. Night After Night is the final book of the Brotherhood series and it neatly wraps up the stories from the previous books. Temple is a fascinating character, a strong vampire with a soul and a deep desire for Vivian. When Vivian finally discovers who and what she is, readers can identify with her growing pains and the struggles between her desire for Temple and her desire to be who she is meant to be. Sad it's over!

I really loved all the books in the series and this one did not disappoint. You can't help but fall in love with Temple. I hated finishing this book because I knew it was the last one in the series. Kathryn did a wonderful job once again!!

LOVED THIS LAST BOOK!!!

Loved this last installment of this vampire series. Very well written conclusion. A little sad because I won't hear from these wonderful vampires again.

I'm a series junkie too say the least and by far this was one of the best, especially for vampires, which are a fav of mine. I've follow the series from the beginning and saving Temple for last, was a good one, vivian was perfect for him and the lilith connection, was great. I also enjoyed the end, having them all together in NYC in our time, was a great ending. I'm also reading her next series already.
