Adorable book about an adorable spunky dog

This true story about a much loved dog will touch your heart and tickle your funny bone. I and the children I have shared it with really enjoyed the adventures of a dog who survived hardship and mishap and thrived despite it all. Luckily adopted by a kind and affectionate couple, Nicky's story is a rescue dog love story complete with real photos of Nicky and his owners. I would recommend this warm-hearted tale to all, either animal-lover or those appreciating the theme of triumphant over hard knocks.
