Not Acceptable

Pages are missing. Looks like half are missing. Very disappointed as this was for my granddaughters. Now it will be trashed.

Ripped pages

My “good condition” book has ripped and taped pages, the cover is bent and there is coloring on it.

Condition of book poor

My “like new” copy has scribbles on every page. It’s not pleasing to look at all. My four year old was upset that someone “wrote” all over his book.
