Buy it. You will not be sorry. We have found only one recipe that we cannot seem to make correctly. The dishes take a little time to prepare, because they use fresh ingredients. They are healthy to eat (GREAT for diets), and have gourmet restaurant taste, with at-home prices. If you take left-overs for lunch (YUM), your co-workers will be in suspense waiting to smell what you have for lunch today. This weekend, we took the Roasted Red Bliss Potato Salad to the our martial arts school's family picnic, and it disappeared - the potato salad, not the school. Quite a few asked for the recipe. One of my favorite cookbooks.
