Very good Children's Bible!

I grew up with The Children's Bible by Anne de Vries from the 50's or 60's with it's old wacky art and heartfelt explanations with every story. We loved it so much as kids that we kept asking my mom to read it through again and again. In this version, each story is shortened, and there is a beautiful picture on every page - which was perfect for our active granddaughter.
