With proper training.....

This is a great method and it works tremendously well as Dr. Howell describes but with training from a properly mentored instructor. I have studied this for over a year, which was very natural for me but others take longer to see results. This is a great healing manuever to use for posture, clearer thought, migraines and most evrything else too. Not a cure-all but a big help!

An interesting concept

The book is well written and interesting to read. It's an interesting idea and gave me a lot of information about this little known therapy. The cost of the therapy is very prohibitive, so I haven't actually experienced it yet to see whether or not it really helps.
