An eye-opening look into the mortgage world!

Having negotiated several mortgages myself, I can honestly say this book does a great job of laying out the important fundamentals that any new or seasoned home owner should know before sitting down at the closing table. But as I read on, I was impressed by some of the finer points about understanding term, rate and debt consolidation and their relationship to the total payback of a loan. I was surprised to find out some of my assumptions of how rate affects a loan were wrong, and that if I don't consider the tax implications, I could make a mistake on my next mortgage. All in all a great resource for anyone looking to purchase or refinance a property. And the aspect of the book I find additionally uplifting is that Dale is transparent enough to share his own failures and successes and what he has found to provide true meaning. It is evident that he genuinely cares about the people who will read this book and wants them to find the same success he has found both in finances and life. Thanks Dale!
