In this book, I tell the story of how my son broke my heart wide open and filled it with compassion, kindness, empathy, and more love than I ever knew could fit. Our struggles with ADHD brought us to our lowest as a family. I've written this book to share the lessons I've learned from my education and personal experiences with advice for parents on how to regulate their own emotions and how to better communicate with their children. I realized after many years of intense struggle that I was the one who needed to shift my perspective. I found myself enjoying my beautiful child by opening my HeartSpace.
