I had the pleasure of attending a seminar with Fred Hatfield and his son in 1998. Fred aka Dr. Squat was a genius. He squatted a world record 1014 lbs at 45 years old. He worked with Muscle and fitness for many years and co-founded the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). This book was really good. I had been reading about all these new herbs and stuff but didn't know much and didn't have access to good information on them. So Hatfield's book really filled a need for me. He writes in an easy-going style about complicated stuff, so it's easy to follow. Very cool book. Very upbeat. I've been buying these vitamins now and using them and feel much better after working out. Thank you.
