Necessary family basic!

If you've been outside with the kids in MN, and discovered a bug, animal, or any of a number of things, and wondered...what is this? This book will answer the question most times. It's a fantastic family basic that helps kids (and adults) become more familiar and respectful of their habitat! I wish the author would write an expanded version containing more of the wonders we find outdoors.

Nature Smart with Girl Scouts!

Although I have not read this book cover to cover, I have used it many times while on nature hikes with my Girl Scouts! I have found this book to be not only informative, but fun and easy to read. I too have learned many things along the way while teaching my girls to appreciate our world! What a wonderful book!
