Stitched, not glued!

I love this journal. The colors and illustrations entice me to write. And it has held up remarkably well, thanks to the sturdy paperback cover and (wait for it) the real, honest-to-god stitching that binds the book. I'm really impressed with the quality, and I think it was well worth $10. It's great to be able to press the journal flat when open without breaking the binding. Writing is really comfortable, even though I'm in the middle of the book. Like another reviewer mentioned, the pages alternate between graph paper and plain paper. While I prefer the graph paper, I've noticed that the graph lines show through the plain paper enough to guide my writing. And I understand that it makes the book more interesting to look at, so for me it's not a big deal. I hope Jill Bliss comes out with more journals like this.

Love Jill Bliss products and this notebook is a beauty. It makes me really care about what I'm writing down in there, even if it's directions to a friend's house.
