Hello, I am a preschool teacher and a mother of school age children. I feel that this book gives a detailed yet short and sweet summary about the earth's climats, cultures, and environments that I have found for the school age child in a long time. It's easy to read and understand. Children enjoy the colorful pictures of people and places as well as the awesome space snapshots!
