James is a high school detective as well as an all-around athlete. The handsome young man also has karate know-how. His father, a private eye with his own agency, is Sam Star. His girl, Honey Mack is also his sidekick. In this book, he is hired by Mr. Wolf to investigate missing parts from his company. He is also investigating the case of Duke Harrington almost dying from a karate blow. I think this book was good because it was pretty realistic. It has suspense, mystery, and drama, perfect (and essential) for a good mystery novel.
