Based on Jerry O'Connell TV Series

This book was based on the TV series that starred Jerry O'Connell (Stand By Me, Sliders, Mission To Mars, Joe's Apartment, Kangaroo Jack) as a teenage superhero. The series was very much like Smallville, but with a lower budget and only 1/2-hour-long episodes. Most of the episodes were more family-oriented, often with comedy plots. If you're a Smallville fan, you'd probably appreciate this earlier effort and enjoy the book. I am, and I wish they'd release this series on DVD.

The Best book on Earth

The Book, My Secret Identity, is very good. The book is about a kid named Andrew Clemets. Andrew accidentally gets super powers by walking in front of Dr J's laser beam. After Andrew walks in front of the laser beam, he meets a girl named Caroline. Caroline and her dad move from town to town changing there last name. Why? So they can get away from Mr. Beech who has been chasing them because, they snitched on him. When Beech finds them, he waits for the right time to get back. But he does not know where they are hiding. One day he was driving down a street and sees Andrew & Caroline walking down the same street so he trys to ram them, but they get out of the way. So he stops and grabs Caroline, pulls her in the car and speeds away. At that time, Dr J runs out of his car and asks,"what happened?" If you want to find out what happens read the book My Secret Identity by Stine.
