Fun

This is a cute little sticker/story book. The story is of Charlie and Lola planning a picnic. The stickers go along with the story and it was fun for my daughter to apply them accordingly. Some of the stickers are really big though and there just wasn't room on the page to put them anywhere without covering some of the illustrations. Regardless, my daughter still enjoyed it and it kept her occupied for quite a while as she wanted to find the proper place for each one. She likes to read the story now and look at the good job she did with the stickers.

Crazy for Charlie and Lola

My 4year old daughter loves the DVDs, so naturally the books came along to supplement night time reading. The sticker books (we also have the "Collecting a Collection", "Very Busy" and "Haircut") are super to carry along for dinner or other trips. Lots of stickers and fantastic artwork. However once applied can be easily ripped since my daughter likes to move the stickers around A LOT for her make believe play. The lack of durability is less of a problem with an older child. She can't be convinced to do one page a night, like another reviewer mentioned. Tip: I hide the sticker pages and read the book as is. Wishlist: make these vinyl stickers; produce these titles as regular picture books like the "tomatoe" or "wont go to bed". The sticker stories do not flow like the DVD versions.

Love it, we're addicted!!

We just can't get enough of Charlie and Lola these days. This book and all the other in the series are really neat. Lots of stickers to decorate as you follow the story. All stickers are removeable. We do a page a night, and it's such a treat for my daughter before she goes to bed! Highly recommend.
