Even Better Than Get Your War On!

I loved David Rees' political satire, but this book is even funnier. If you like Office Space but thought the plot got in the way of the laughs, you'll love this. Anyone who has ever worked in an office (and doesn't mind profanity) can appreciate the humor.

This is a comic for kinda weird people, I think...

...Or so I am told. This book is hysterical. However, it is only fair for me to point out that almost every other person I have shown it to does NOT agree with me. It truly is a book for the strange and unusual. And for the people who want to laugh out loud.Pick this one up...well worth it.

Unstoppable humor

David Rees' blend of witty, acerbic, profane humor is brilliant - just read Get Your War on to see that his biting wit is right on and he has some funny stuff to say. Most people with a sense of humor can find the fun in this book - so many great one-liners! If you're a fan of the Onion, the Daily Show, SNL, or anything with an edge of sarcasm, you'll love this. After all, that's what it's all about. I guess the people who don't like it just don't get it.

Funniest ************g Book!

My New Fighting Technique Is Unstoppable isn't like anything else I've ever seen--the only comparison is David Rees' other book, Get Your War On. It also combines clip art and profanity with hilarious results. This is so funny, and so weird--my favorite part was the karate guys trash-talking to each other. It's hard to explain, because as the other reviewers have pointed out, you either get it or you don't. But I don't see how you couldn't get this, unless you just have no sense of humor or are easily offended by four-letter words. Go to www.unstoppable.com to see if it's for you or not.

This book rocks!

I was reading this on the subway and drinking some Sprite and I laughed so hard that Sprite came out of my nose. That might not have made the other people on the train so happy, but I was too busy laughing to notice. I promise if you read this you'll laugh really really hard, too, but you probably should stay away from carbonated beverages for a while.
