From a young age I experienced God's hand guiding, protecting, and helping me to live a worthwhile life. Pictures on the cover are pictorial of my life, Whooping Cranes got me interesting in my life's work. The marsh is part of the Brazoria NWR, where I worked a few years. The Jaguarundis had not been documented in the area of my work in more than 40 years. The buffalo round up is a reminder of my one and only round up on the Fort Niobrara NWR in Nebraska.
