My Experience with Loss, Grief and Healing: Healing for those who have suffered a loss

I could go back into my life and mention many different experiences I have had with loss over the years which brought grief and certain losses brought much grief. The loss of myself through being molested as a child. The loss of my Father not much after my 16th birthday. The loss of my unborn child. The almost loss of my only daughter through drug addiction. The bankruptcy my husband and I went through and so much more. I have had my fair share. My focus will be on the loss of my mother. She has been gone a little over four years at the time I am writing this. I am sure that for you who have lost a loved one you understand the feeling of, "it seems like yesterday."This is my story.
