I read this book in one day. The story is gripping and the characters wonderful. I learned about this program and still more of the Nazis.

I absolutely loved this book. I didn't know anything about Lebensborn and now I want to learn everything I can. The story itself is amazing and to imagine having to go through what they did during WW2 is unbelievable. I have actually lost count of how many times I have read this book. It has been added to my keep bookshelf. I would actually love a continued story... or something similar. Her writing is amazing. I highly recommend this wonderful book.

This book is a really well-written look into an aspect of World War II most people are unfamiliar with. Kept me interested until the very last page!
Brilliant and spellbinding.

Couldn't ask for much more. This book is so captivating you won't want to remove it from your clutches until the last page is read. Read all the other reviews if you would like to know what happens. I know this book will stay with me a long time. I was unaware of these homes and it is chilling to think of what happened. An eye opener but brilliant. Love can be in places we don't know. I couldn't imagine losing everything that was important to you, having to watch where you went, what you said, being told things that we take for granted. I can't wait for more by this very talanted author!
Amazing Story -- You won't be able to put it down!

In "My Enemy's Cradle," Sara Young weaves a twisted story based on historical facts. The result is captivating. Cyrla's life is turned on it's side over and over again in this shocking story of love lost, the holocaust and the innocence lost during the nazi propoganda campaign. I'd HIGHLY recommend this story, I picked it up and couldn't put it down until it had been read straight through. I was on the edge of my seat for this nail biter to see if Cyrla could lie in the lion's den and remain unscathed, yet found the twists and turns of the book to be somewhat bittersweet.
