The BEST fairy tale collection I've ever read

The collected stories in this book hearken back to a pre-Disneyfied world. I've owned My Big Book of Fairy Tales since childhood, and it has brought me countless hours of enjoyment. The book contains your usual fairy tales (Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, and Snow White), but it also has MANY wonderful, unique stories that you won't find anywhere else. I was recently looking for gift books for my young cousins, and I couldn't find a single one that compares to this book. The stories, even the darker ones, are wonderfully told. And the illustrations are absolutely gorgeous. It's too bad that it's out of print, but if you can get your hands on a copy, I highly recommend it for both children and adults!
