Excellent Book!

I have taken two of Dr. Anderson's three Music Appreciation courses at the University of Cincinnati. I can not sing enough praise for this book. Dr. Anderson did an excellent job of informing his readers rather than trying to change the listening styles of his readers. My only problem with this book is that it has become somewhat outdated in his examples. I recommend this book to any and everyone who has any appreciation for music-of any style. I heartily praise this book and look forward to an updated version.
