This is a book that I really loved. It is the kind of book someone should read if they are looking for a realistic heroine. It is about a girl named Claire Middleton, who wants to earn a place on the high school football team. This book is not only about a girl and the discrimination she faces when playing "male sports," it's about a girl trying to heal herself and win the respect of her peers and fellow teammates. It is a book I would definately recommend to all teens.
