Mrs Grant and her viewpoint.

There is very little in the story about Madame Jule. Her character is not developed and as a reader I felt I would have had the same reading experience without her side story. Jule does not seem to be necessary to this book. Mrs. Grant seems to be also underdeveloped and too much time spent describing frivolous details and conversations. No real depth to this book.
