Lovely easy read

Mrs. Brice has 25 mice, and there's the one odd out: Syd Hoff at his best, charming, funny and entertaining. My kids love it.

My Granddaughter Loved The Book

Mrs. Brice's Mice is a very enjoyable book and written with just the vocabulary that a five year old can help a grandfather read. It is a cute story with amusingly drawn pictures; pictures that,while sparse, have enough detail to allow the eye to find mice in unexpected places. The granddaugher and I recommend this book to the just-beginning or beginning reader.

Fun Mice

My granddaughter loved this silly story. We read together regularly, everyday. This is one she will read again and again on her own.

Laugh out loud

My daughter, just learning to read laughed out loud . . . a lot with this one.

She Loves those Meeces to Pieces

Mrs. Brice has a few pets, twenty-five to be exact. And they are all mice. She feeds them, washes them, plays the piano for them, even takes them shopping. This is a story told in "See Jane Run" style. A real beginning reader and I use it a lot with my almost three-year-old son Devon, because as a child I really didn't like Dick, Jane and Spot all that much. Mrs. Brice's Mice are so much more fun for a toddler to read about, don't you think?
