Deep discussions

Real nice reading for the individual who is looking for research data on leadership and motivation theories. It is a collection of research papers. I could not give it 5 stars because it never answered the questions, "What motivates at work?" and "What is leadership?" But for stimulating the mind to think on the subjects it is great.
