Make sure if you read Diana Palmer's Desparado read this first. It has stories about the Lassiter Detective agency. It also has the Deverells from the Long Tall Texans series

This book is actually 3 books in 1. It contains "The Case of the Mesmerizing Boss," "The Case of the Confirmed Bachelor," and "The Case of the Missing Secretary." All three are reissues, and all three center around the Lassiter Detective Agency in one way or another. Also note that this is not the first time that "Case of the Mesmerizing Boss," has been reprinted, though I don't know about the others. As with all of Diana Palmer's books, they are excellent, though you are brought to mind her earlier books. The sexual tension doesn't compare to "Lord of the Desert," but it is certainly heading toward her more mature writing. (This review based on "The Case of the Mesmerizing Boss.) The character interaction is her up-to-par best, with laughs and teasing and those eerily dangerous tender moments that the hero and heroine tend to indulge in. It's nice to see this back in print!

I have to admit, at first I thought this would be a repetiton of Ms.Palmer's past works, but I was proved wrong. I truly enjoyed the book so much that once I started reading I was unable to put the book down. This book is a definite must read. I recommend it to everyone.
A good book

These are reprints but it is nice to see them again. I had the originals and read them to death. I think all of us long to be able to play spy and Diana Palmer takes along for the ride of fun and romance with a bit of spice thrown in
