Morning and Evening by C. H. Haddon is a must have for daily devotions

This is my very favorite devotional of all. I've used it year after year and it always causes me to deeply consider the message it has for the time. The revised and updated edition by Alistair Beggs is best probably for younger people who don't necessarily care for the Old English style of the original.

Great devotional for everyone by one of the greatest preachers.

This book is a classic and I highly recommend it for your collection. It has messages that will speak yo your heart and draw you closer to Almighty God. It was a little worn but that means someone was reading it regularly.

Terrible shape

This book was in terrible shape. Was listed very good and the cover corners were damaged and the pages highlighted almost every page. I’m dissatisfied. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Not happy with this

There is no finer devotional book than Charles H. Spurgeon's Morning and Evening. I purchased this for my wife as an anniversary gift (our 60th) and she has been enjoying it very much. A Double Blessing

Spurgeon displays his special gift of expressing truth so beautifully yet in a way that inspires devotion to God and meditation on God's Word, not Spurgeon's. As the title suggests, this devotional offers 2 daily readings, instead of one per day that's typical of most devotionals.

Great Daily Devotional

This book has helped me to refocus on my relationship with God. I have learned some new ways of looking at things in the Scriptures and some things have been re-iterated for me. I enjoy reading the morning devotional during my morning prayer time and the evening devotional helps me to focus on God before going to bed rather than on the worries of the day. I want to get a copy of it for most of my friends as I think it would be a blessing to them. I am referring to the New International Version of the text.
