The balance of the universe has been upset by the arrival of a massive meteorite. The people of Upent are totally unprepared for the shock of seeing a five-headed creature with wings, spewing rays forth from its multiple mouths, follow it to their planet. It is Tiamat, a destructive being feared across space. Its giant wings carry it off to ravage Upent until no living thing remains.

Farmarna and Fire Bird, who both previously terrorized the people of Upent, have reactivated because of this upset balance in the universe and have come onto land.

A mysterious woman appears before the distraught people proclaiming herself to be an alien and foretells of the disasters caused by Tiamat in the past and what may come in the future. But nothing and no one is able to stop Tiamat. That is until the alien woman suggests the people of Upent use the monsters Farmarna, Fire Bird, and Dragora to evict it from the planet...
