Easy to follow - Plain English!

This book includes pictures and instructions that are easy to follow and understand. Well worth it!

Dealing with the insrance company!

I could not get my insurance company to pay anything to fix my mold problem. They said it was not covered. After reading Mold & Mold Toxin Remediation's chapter on insurance claims I resubmitted my claim and received the exact amount needed to do the work. It is all quite simple when you know what to do.

A brilliant PhD in simple language

I know of a number of people who have used Dr. Rosen to do their remediation and they have found him brilliant, clear and most importantly, effective. Many remediators do not even have equipment to see moisture changes by picture through walls. Dr. Rosen can look at a huge building and pinpoint the leak easily. His remediations are very effective and his book does not talk down to readers. He is one of the leading mold clean up experts in the United States. It is amazing that he appears to have nine publications.

Restore your family's health and save money!

About a month after the hurricane, our kids started showing "allergy-like" symptoms. I also noticed that I was having frequent headaches and generally felt run down and fatigued. My wife took our kids to their pediatrician, who prescribed allergy medications. The medications helped only a little. I began wondering if our health problems were due to mold. So, when my kids' next doctor's appointment came, I took them myself. I asked the doctor if their symptoms--as well as my headaches--could be from mold. He said that he never used to consider mold but now has been finding more and more kids with mold illness. He recommended that I have my house tested. I did and it was positive for mold. But what to do next? I got quotes from $600 to $19000 to "remediate" the house. I now know that remediate means to remove the mold. Then a neighbor gave me a copy of Mold & Mold Toxin Remediation. Two hours later I knew exactly what to do. I could do all the work myself with the help of my cousin. I saved a ton of money and everyone is now 100% better.

This book can save home buyers money!

A friend of mine recently purchased a home and later found it had toxic mold. It cost him over $25,000 to have the home repaired and he was never able to recover any money from the seller. If he would have read Mold & Mold Toxin Remediation before he purchased, he would more than likely avoided buying the problem home, but no doubt could have saved over $10,000 on the remediation cost. - George Masters, Sacramento, CA
