I'm beginning to think Sydney and Vic's marriage was doomed from the start. First Sydney's best friend, Candy, tried to sabotage the wedding. Then Vic's onscreen beau brought a knife to the ceremony -- and it wasn't just for cutting the cake. Luckily, we caught her before any damage was done.... But is she the real culprit? Or does someone else have it in for these two newlyweds? Strange things kept happening on the happiest day of Sydney and Vic's lives -- and now trouble has followed them on their honeymoon Some things just don't add up, and I need to get to the bottom of it before Sydney -- or Vic -- is seriously hurt.
It was really good. I recomend this for anyone who loves a good mystery. I was with the book every step of the way and loved every second of it.
NANCY TAKES ON A CARIBBEAN CAPER

Love it when young friends look at me wide-eyed and say, "Do you mean YOU read Nancy Drew mysteries when you were my age?" Never quite sure what to say after answering in the affirmative. Why are they so surprised - is it that they don't believe I was ever their age or doubt my reading ability? Whatever the case, I absolutely devoured Nancy Drew books as a tender-aged reader, so am doubly pleased to find another generation enjoying Nancy's adventures. Of course, (although I'll never admit it), Nancy has changed a good deal since I first met her. She's much more grown-up but just as attractive with long light brown hair, sporting sunglasses in pants and a T-shirt. One of her best friends, Bess, says she doesn't dress well but Nancy calls it casual. One thing Nancy does very, very well is solve a mystery. This time out she and her two best pals (Bess's cousin, George, is the other good buddy) are on their way to a plush, lush Caribbean island. They're going to have a little vacation time and be bridesmaids at Sydney and Vic's wedding. Play time is cut short when the trio and Sydney are out on a glass bottom boat and shots ring out. The boat's pontoons have been hit, and that's just the beginning. Nancy remembers the strange email Sydney received when she and Vic announced their engagement as well as the weird Internet stalker, MrSilhouette. Could he be back again trying to ruin Syd and Vic's wedding as well as their lives? Leave it to Nancy to find the answers. Enjoy! - Gail Cooke
