Avonlea at it's best!

This is based on an episode of the ROAD TO AVONLEA television series that spanned seven years and 91 episodes. This story begins with Peg Bowen, the Avonlea witch and Archie Gillis arguing over tree-cutting rights. Peg challanges Archie to a hockey match and she arranges a team of 'misfits' who didn't make Archie's team. Sara, Felix, Andrew, Peg, and Felicity along with Uncle Alec are all on the team. Janet is having her baby and nobody but Sara Stanley is around to help! When the hockey team is about to be finished off, Miss Stacy (Anne Shirley's teacher!) arrives in Avonlea with the Charlottetown Cannonball Hockey Team to help win the tournament! These stories are very heartwarming and set at the turn of the century in the town of Avonlea on Prince Edward Island, Canada.
