Mineral Profile in Vegetables

Allium sativum Zingiber officinale and carullama edulus were collected from market of Alladand Dehri Distric Malakand, Pakistan and investigated for mineral profile. Iron was noted as 2.23, 3.26 and 8.69mg/L respectively. Similarly Copper 0.19, 0.27 and 0.16mg/L, Zinc 2.40, 2.67 and 1.68 mg/L, Cadmium in Zingiber officinale was 0.04mg/L while in Zingiber officinale and caralluma edulis was not present, Lead in Allium sativum and Zingiber officinale...
